Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please get a price quote when placing your order. We offer discount pricing to our customers for quantity orders. We make every effort to make our catalog as accurate as possible.

Shipping:


We ship most orders UPS ground or the least expensive method to you. Shipping charges are as follows:

0 - $50.00 Charge will be $10.00
50.01 – 75.00 Charge will be $15.00
75.01 – 100.00 Charge will be $20.00
100.01 – 150.00 Charge will be $25.00

There will be a $5.00 more charge for each additional $50.00 in order amount.
Orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina are subject North Carolina sales tax of 7.5%. There will be an additional charge for bulky items, overnight delivery, second-day air, or shipments outside the Continental US. If this occurs we will contact you with additional charges. Distributors call for discount pricing.

For orders over $1000.00 please call for freight charges.

Terms & Payment Options:


Net 30 days to accounts approved for a line of credit. We accept Visa, and Mastercard credit cards. Call to place orders if purchasing by Purchase orders, check or wire transfer. Sales tax will be charged to North Carolina orders only.

COD Shipments:


UPS and FedEx charge $6.00 per carton to make COD Deliveries. The Customer is responsible for all COD Fees.

Handling Charges:
We will gladly fill any size order. All orders less than $25.00 will be subject to a $2.50 service charge. There is $2.50 handling charge per box on all shipments. We strive to ship all order in the fewest number of boxes.

Damaged Merchandise:


Damages must be reported to Accent Distribution within 7 business days to qualify for credit

RECEIVED VIA UPS: Inspect all boxes at time of receipt. Report any damaged products immediately to UPS and then to Accent Distribution, Inc. Do not return merchandise without authorization from Accent Distribution, Inc.

RECEIVED VIA MOTOR FREIGHT: Inspect all boxes at time of receipt. Make a note on the BOL: DAMAGED on both the drivers copy and your copy. Be sure to have the driver sign both copies. If concealed damages are found keep the carton and call the carrier. Keep original carton and all packing materials. If you are unable to thoroughly inspect a delivery we recommend that you note the freight bill “possible concealed damage.” Claims for merchandise with shipment damage should be made with the appropriate shipper. If we can be of any service to help file claims call our office and we will be happy to help. DO NOT REFUSE OR RETURN DAMAGED GOODS TO US.

Returns and Cancellations:


No merchandise may be returned without authorization from Accent Distribution, Inc. Special and custom orders are not returnable. Merchandise must be in the original condition and in original carton.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of merchandise receipt with an approved merchandise authorization number for a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise received 31-60 days from invoice will incur a 25% restocking fee. Outgoing and incoming shipping and freight fees for returned merchandise will be the responsibility of customer. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
